Any quotes or estimates provided via our website or over the phone are preliminary and subject to change upon an in-person assessment of the property. We reserve the right to modify pricing based on the actual scope of work required.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

We strive to adhere to scheduled service times; however, weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reshedule a service, we request at least 24 hours' notice.

4. Payment Terms

Invoices are due upon receipt or according to the specific terms outlined in your service agreement. We accept various forms of payment. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we take the utmost care in providing our services, Orange Bear Lawn Care is not liable for pre-existing damage to your property. Our liability for any damages caused directly by our operations is limited to the cost of the service provided or repair of the damage, at our discretion.
